Sweet and spicy！ The Salacious Players Club has all the chemistry and swoon to fall for this group of friends。 I have enjoyed every book in this series。 Ronan and Daisy’s story did not disappoint。 Age-gap romance for sure。 It’s about them and not their ages。 So even if this trope isn’t your normal read， you’ll still enjoy the book！ Definitely recommend you read this book and the rest of the series！

I could not get into this book。 I was so excited to relate to a character being Type 1 diabetic myself， I was excited to see more awareness。 The predictability of this story was too much。 I couldn’t like Daisy， how can she get better and then go back to passing out from not eating the minute Ronan comes back into the story。 I just don’t believe their love story， I feel like they are both feeling voids in their lives with each other。

This one was good but it wasn’t my favorite。 And it wasn’t the age gap。IDK I just feel like we never really got a feel for who Daisy was， only who she was with Ronan。 And honestly， his character in this book really didn’t match up at all with the impression I got of him from the previous books。Also the spice was… only ok。 It was definitely much better in previous book。I did love seeing more of Geo and Eden and I really hope that means they’re each going to get their own book。 💖💖💖

I think if Ronan didn’t have the chance to be Daisy’s literal stepfather and now is instead just her boyfriend， I’d be more down with the Daddy kink。 But it has this weird incestuous layer since he used to date her mom。 Individually I’d be happy with either plot， but together it makes a strange combination。 Otherwise it was cute， if unrealistic and incredibly insta-lovey。

i am a SUCKER for age gap relationships that isn't only about sex but also the emotions， challenges， angst， domestic moments are equally important in the plot。 i was very thrilled when i found out sara cate was releasing with an age-gap book because i've been waiting since i've discovered her books， the excerpts that she posted on her instagram were enough to convince me i'm going to love this book so hard。 the concept is perfect， everything i'd been looking for; older rich man x younger girl， b i am a SUCKER for age gap relationships that isn't only about sex but also the emotions， challenges， angst， domestic moments are equally important in the plot。 i was very thrilled when i found out sara cate was releasing with an age-gap book because i've been waiting since i've discovered her books， the excerpts that she posted on her instagram were enough to convince me i'm going to love this book so hard。 the concept is perfect， everything i'd been looking for; older rich man x younger girl， bdsm and sex club， vacation to paris， etc。 however， i do think there are certain elements that i expected to be there but weren't; for instance， i was expecting her to spoil her lavishly and surprise her with gifts and use more toys and be more bossy during those steamy moments， but those small elements were lacking and it made this book didn't *really* live up to my expectations。 （i mean why is she still carrying around her worn out backpack when she gets to travel to paris in a freaking private jet？？？？？？ it doesn't add up） i also think it's kind of stupid that rowan's job or role in his company wasn't elaborated or brought up more。 don't get me wrong， i prefer the non-romantic elements in billionaire/mafia books to be short and simple， but this book barely gave any attention to that， it was only explained that he was obscenely rich， -one of the richest men in the city， even- but he barely left home or the club for his job。 the smut was okay， i've read way more toe-curling smut， but to be fair， this is the only sara cate book i've finished， i don't know if the reason why the "bdsm" is a little too vanilla for my liking is because rowan is supposed to be a softie or that's just her level of "smut"。 overall， i enjoyed this book， but not overly much。 there were some pages i skipped and there were moments where i was excited to keep reading and see how it will explode， but didn't quite reach it。 i still love rowan kade a lot though， he's one of my comfort fictional dilfs now。 。。。more
